Mercer Island,
Washington
When my clients purchased their new home on Mercer Island, they decided it was time for new furnishings as well. Our primary focus was the main level of the home, where the newly painted walls became the foundation of our décor choices. The home’s traditional architecture and accents complimented my clients’ desire to create a comfortable atmosphere with craftsman attributes.
With the wish to include décor pieces from their travels, furniture pieces with a little rustic appeal and pops of color and pattern, we created spaces that spoke to my clients’ personalities and a home they couldn’t wait to entertain in.

The spatial layout of the furniture needed to be child friendly with easily accessible and open traffic areas for the little ones to play in, especially in the family room. This was also a consideration when choosing furniture and textiles as they needed to wear well and not be a hazard. The living room became the “adult zone” with an air of traditional sophistication that lent to my clients’ desire to use as an entertaining space.

Are you ready for a space as unique as you are?
