When working with a carpenter, fabricator, furniture designer, or ANY other person that is not completing the work in front of you,
DO NOT GIVE THEM MULTIPLE MONETARY INSTALLMENTS WITHOUT SEEING RECEIPTS, PROGRESS PICTURES AND CONFIRMING A DEADLINE (with allowable hiccup room).

If they ask for ADDITIONAL money allowances beyond what is on the original, agreed upon
